Very good app, convenient and practical

Very good for learning your first fifty some words to get you started. Gives the English pronunciation as well as has someone say it for you and you get hundreds of words for free with no ads couldnt ask for more. Plus you dont need the upgrade until you get serious and by that point you will have gotten a lot out of this app so it will be well worth it.

This is a great app if you are traveling to Japan and need to learn the basics. Only wish u could access offline version as there isnt always wifi avail overseas.

This a great app--I used it often on my two week trip to Japan. The audio pronunciation is invaluable. I wish I had paid for the upgraded version.

Invaluable tool for communicating and getting around in Japan!

Its rudimentary. Good for the first time visitor to Japan who wants to make an effort to speak in the local tongue. I not infrequently was advised there are more current expressions used. I made good use of it on my first trip but will seek something better on my returns.

I have a hard time paying $9.99 for an app as they are rarely with it. This one however is. The content, user interface and audio is terrific. I recently need to present to 700 Japanese business people and wanted to have just a few phrases to show respect. They very much appreciated my efforts. #worththemoney

Quick tool for a few phases to get you by for a short time. Really helps put you at ease with correct pronunciation. You can listen and practice over and over.
